Carol Joanne Baugh, a resident of Willow Springs, MO passed away Thursday, September 15, 2022, in her home. She was born May 23, 1941, in National City, CA to Victor Ray English, Sr. and Beverly Edith (Condit) English and was 81 years old.
Carol grew up all around the state of California attending many different schools. After graduating, she filled her time with many different jobs. She found work as a factory worker, a tool and die machinist, was the owner of two restaurants, “Heart of the Ozarks” and “Carlotta’s” in addition to being a farmer and a homemaker for approximately fifty years. She married Lee Baugh on September 14, 1988, in West Plains, MO. In her free time, she pursued many different passions including amassing one of the country’s largest collections of Blue Willow China. She had a love of German Shepherds, Longhorn Cattle, and especially all the people in her life. She will be greatly missed by all who loved and knew her.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Lee Baugh; her parents, Victor and Beverly English; her sister, Audrey Bevel; her nephew, Michael English; and her grandson, Jared Green.
She is survived by her sister, Pamela Jean Schutjer and her husband, Randy; her brother, Victor Ray English Jr. and his wife, Sandy; her daughter, Rocky Kelly; her son, Thomas Andrew Graham and his wife, Jeanine; her son, David Keola Tarpley; her grandchildren: Jessica Wadley, Joanne Brown, Kurstie Kelly, Devin Graham, Erik Graham, and Keola Tarpley; and eleven great grandchildren.
