Mountain Home, AR. – Tomalee Hodges, a 39 year-old woman from Clarkridge, AR has been formally charged with 1st Degree Endangering the Welfare of a Child after appearing in the Baxter County Circuit Court on December 12th.
This is in relation to an investigation and arrest involving Mark William Hodges, 47, where an investigation effort between the Baxter County Sheriff’s Office, the Mountain Home Police Department and the Crimes Against Children Division of the Arkansas State Police took place.
Much of the documentation surrounding the case for both Mark and Tomalee have been sealed.
Mark Hodges was booked in May of 2022 with overall charges including Rape, 1st Degree Endangering the Welfare of a Child, and Probation Violation. He is being held in the Baxter County Detention Center on a $250,000 bond.
