Rolla, MO. – Near Rolla, a two-vehicle accident has injured both drivers, with one being from Ava, MO.
This accident occurred on Westbound I-44 at the 183 mile marker at roughly 11:27pm on Saturday, March 11th. Trooper B.N. Crawford of the Missouri State Highway Patrol, Troop I was the investigator.
This accident involved one Mercury Grand Marquis, and a Chevy Aveo. The driver of the Mercury was Shaun Minner, a 27-year-old male from Kirbyville, MO. He was stopped for congested traffic and was rear-ended by Timothy Kelley, a 36-year-old male from Ava, and the driver of the Aveo.
Both were inflicted with injuries classified as moderate, and were both transported to Phelps Health Hospital for treatment. Both vehicles were totaled in the accident.
