West Plains, MO. – The Utilities Department of the City of West Plains announced earlier today that a certain street will be closed due to some emergency water line repairs.
The affected area will be Washington Avenue, and will cause a closure from Paydon Street to Thornburg Street. They also state that the road will likely be closed for the remainder of the day, and asks the public to avoid the area if possible.
