Springfield, MO. – The West Plains Zizzers took on the Lutheran St. Charles Lady Cougars in the first round of the State Class 5 Final Four. While both teams have had a great run this season, this game would come down to the Lady Zizzers defense against the team height and offensive skills of the Lady Cougars.

The Lady Zizzers fall to the Lady Cougars, 50 to 71. The Lady Zizzers will play for 3rd Place against the Cape Girardeau Notre Dame Lady Bulldogs at noon on Saturday, March 18, 2023 at the Hammons Student Center in Springfield, Missouri.
