West Plains, MO. – A two-vehicle crash in western Ozark County left one of the drivers injured. According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol report, the crash occurred roughly two miles east of the Taney County line on US 160 at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
A westbound Chevy Silverado driven by Brian Cuthbertson, age 49 of Theodosia, crossed the center of the line and struck an oncoming Ford F450 driven by Donald Melton, age 57 of Caulfield. The Chevy then ran off the roadway and struck a tree, totaling the vehicle.
Melton suffered minor injuries and was taken to Ozarks Healthcare in West Plains for treatment. His vehicle received moderate damage.
Cuthbertson was not listed as being injured in the report.
