West Plains, MO. – A West Plains resident, and former business owner and School Board member of the Alton area has been arrested on two felony charges of Sodomy or Attempted Sodomy.
Ricky Henson, 46, has plead not guilty to charges stemming from a case dated as far back as 2015, and is scheduled for an arraignment on June 2nd. The arresting party is listed as being the Missouri State Highway Patrol.
According to Missouri Case.net, Henson has additional criminal history, including drug charges in Taney County during January of this year.
The probable cause statement describes that this arrest follows testimony, assisted by the Child Advocacy Center in West Plains, from two juveniles related to Henson who had these experiences when they were younger than 12 years old.
