U.S. 60 in Mtn. View reduced to one lane starting Tuesday

WILLOW SPRINGS – U.S. Route 60 in Howell County will be reduced to one lane intermittently, as contractor crews perform signal updates. This project is part of the Missouri Department of Transportation’s initiative to bring roadway facilities into compliance with the current standards of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).

Weather permitting, work will take place Tuesday, May 30 through Monday, June 5 from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. including weekends as necessary. Work will take place at the following locations in Mountain View, Missouri:

  • US Route 60 at Route Y
  • US Route 60 at Route 17

The work zones will be marked with signs. Motorists are urged to use extreme caution while traveling near the area.
