Salem, AR. – A murder case that dates back 32 years ago has finally been solved as a man who was convicted of a murder in 2018 admitted to the death of another person.
Rick Headley, 48 of Mountain Home, was previously convicted for the stabbing and death of his estranged wife, Kirstie Headley. Since then, Rick has been incarcerated and serving life in prison. Through various sources, it was discovered Headley had admitted to having connections to the death of a 19-year-old girl from Fulton County, Sabrina Underwood.
Reports state Underwood was travelling to visit an inmate on January 20th of 1991, and was never seen by family again. Her remains were found near a cemetery on April 8th of the same year.
Through criminal investigation and interviews with Headley, it was stated his then 16-year-old self was allegedly talked into a sexual exchange with Underwood who then blackmailed Headley, which led to him murdering her.
Headley is now facing another murder charge and will make a court appearance on November 13th in Fulton County.
