West Plains, MO. – A man from West Plains has been arrested and will face multiple felony charges after a joint operation between the Howell County Sheriff’s Office, the West Plains Police Department, and the South Central Drug Task Force.
According to the probable cause affidavit on the case, a search warrant was served at a residence on 408 Walnut Street in West Plains. This search warrant was based on reliable information that illegal narcotics were present at the residence.
During the search, a large amount of narcotics were found, which included fentanyl, meth, cocaine, acid, fenethylline, and oxycodone. Jacob Biggerstaff was taken into custody on charges of Felony 1st Degree Trafficking—Fentanyl, Felony 1st Degree Trafficking—Meth, Delivery of a Controlled Substance—Cocaine, Acid, Prescription Pills, and Fenethylline, and Keeping or Maintaining a Public Nuisance.
Biggerstaff was labeled as a potential flight risk in the affidavit, and bond was placed at $100,000.
