Mountain Grove, MO. – A Mountain Grove man has been charged for patronizing prostitution of a teen between the ages of 14 and 18.
Danny Nungesser, age 32, is accused of trading drugs for sex with a 17-year-old girl. The case was hotlined on August 31, 2023, and the investigation by the Wright County Sheriff’s Office began in September.
According to the probable cause statement, Nungesser had sex with the minor victim twice during the summer months of 2023 at a residence on Highway ZZ in Wright County. The victim said Nungesser knew her age due to conversations about school and what grade she would be starting in the fall.
Nungesser is accused of giving the minor marijuana and a pipe in exchange for sex in the statement.
A witness was initially accused of having sex with the minor but denied the accusations and reported to authorities of having seen Nungesser undressing the minor.
