Harrison AR. Man Arrested on Class Y Felony Kidnapping

Harrison, AR. – A man from Harrison, AR. is facing felony charges after allegedly tying his wife up and beating her over 6 hours before she escaped.

According to the probable cause affidavit on the case, law enforcement arrived at a residence around Holt Ave. in Harrison to investigate a call of domestic violence. The victim was found down the street at a neighbor’s house and alleged that her husband, identified as 39-year-old Christopher Hillhouse, had accused her of infidelity before tying her up, choking her, and striking her multiple times over the course of six hours.

The victim was able to slip out of the residence and escape to the neighbor’s house before law enforcement was called. After an investigation, Hillhouse was taken into custody.

Hillhouse is facing a Class Y Felony Charge of Kidnapping, a Class C Felony Charge of 2nd Degree Domestic Battery, and a Class D Felony Charge of Aggravated Assault on a Family or Household Member. Bond was set at $50,000.
