Willow Springs, MO. – On Saturday, May 4, 2024, the Willow Springs Chamber of Commerce will be holding its ” Talk Derby To Me” Kentucky Derby party. It will be held at the Ferguson Building Upstairs meeting room in downtown Willow Springs at 4:30 p.m.
During the event, they will be live-streaming the Kentucky Derby race while eating a provided catered dinner by Pizza Americana. The food will consist of Pulled Pork or chicken, vegan option, mashed potatoes, corn and green beans, garden salad with dressing, rolls, and assorted dessert pizzas. There will also be a best dressed and best hat contest which will include the following categories: Best Hat, Cutest Couple, Dapper Can – Best Dressed Man, Southern Belle – Best Dressed Woman. The contest is followed up by a 50/50 raffle on the horse race winner.
To top off the night, there will be a silent and a live auction. Tickets for the event are available at the Willow Springs Chamber office or online at wschamber.net.
