West Plains, MO. – The Healing Hearts Support Group hosted by Ozarks Healthcare’s BHC will be expanded to offer guidance to adolescents and adults navigating emotional and mental health challenges.
Starting on June 6, the Support Group will meet on Thursdays from 8 to 9 a.m. for adolescents ages 12 to 18. This support group will be available year-round for all BHC patients on the waitlist. Additionally, the Support Group will meet for adults on Wednesdays from 3 to 4 p.m.
The Healing Hearts Support Group will be led by mental health professionals to provide attendees with coping strategies, self-esteem enhancement, and peer support. Both groups will be held at the Ozarks Healthcare’s BHC in West Plains. Limited space is available for participation. Call 417-257-6762 to register or for more information.
