The Royals lost their second straight going into All-Star break, 5-4 at Boston Salvador Perez was 2-for-4 with a home run and a pair of runs scored. Brady Singer has a short outing giving up four runs in less than three innings of work. Perez leads the team with 17 homers this season. Adam Frazier also went deep on a solo blast in the first inning. The Royals are third in the AL Central at 52-and-45. Royals are home again Friday to play the White Sox.
