Patricia worked as a welder for Multiplex in Ballwin, MO. She loved to read, sew, and knit. Taking day trips was one of her favorite pastimes, as she enjoyed scenic views. She always loved a yard full of beautiful flowers or watching hummingbirds. She was a devoted Christian woman and loved serving others through Christ. Above all else, Patricia loved her family, who brought so much joy to her life.
Surviving are her Siblings, Joe (Connie), Randy (Linda), Barbara (Rodney), and Rusty; Children, Ed “Frost” Caughron, Elizabeth “Lynn” Turnbow (Randy), Steven Caughron, Robert “Wayne” Lockett, Sherri Case, Lisa Lockett (Dave), Michelle Koelling, Crystal Lockett, Jr. Lee, Debbie, Joellen (Steve), Bo, Jennifer (John), Oscar (Tracy), and Bill (Billie); Grandchildren, Christopher, Jennifer, Ted, Bill, Frank (Danielle), Stephanie, Amber, John (Shelly), Bob, Theresa, Rachel (Matt), Ashley (Wes), Ronnie (Jordan), Whitney (Omar), Brandon (Ashley), Elissa (Taylor), Bethany, Sylvia; Great-Grandchildren, Tony (Emily), Joey, Jesse, Teddy, Gerald, Jason, Ryan, Shelby, Brooke, Madison, Reagan, Noah, Kaylee, Courtney, Breanne, Evan, Sophia, Elijah, Isabella, Cory, Machenze, Brenden, Owen, Eli, Elsie, Haley, Sydney, Cameron, Ayden, Caroline, Tyson, Jackson, Olivia, Liam, Antonio, and Julian; Great-Great Grandchildren, Caysen, Easton, Landon, Riley, Khaleesi, and Hector; numerous nieces and nephews that she loved like her own, along with other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by her loving Husband, John Lockett; Parents, Doc and Grace Rutledge; Siblings, Edward, John, Lucille, Mary, Rhonda, Betty, and Sharon; Daughter-in-Law, Debbie Caughron, Sons-in-Law, Ron Turnbow and Jay Case.
Visitation will be Thursday, August 15, 2024, 10:00 am – 11:00 am, at Leesman Funeral Home, Millstadt, IL. Services will be held Thursday, August 15, 2024, at 11:00 am, with Kenny Owen officiating. Private interment will follow in the Oak Forest Cemetery, Birch Tree, MO.
