Winona, MO. – The Twin Pines Conservation Education Center in Winona Missouri will be hosting an event aimed at giving kids aged 6 to 12 a variety of hands-on activities based on learning outdoor skills and wildlife conservation.
This event has been set to happen on September 21st at 11am, and is being put on by JAKES, or Juniors Acquiring Knowledge, Ethics, and Sportsmanship. JAKES is a division of the National Wild Turkey Federation, and spends a lot of their time providing educating the youth on the great outdoors.
Lunch is planned to be served during this event, and those who attend will also entered into a drawing and receive a goodie bag.
Pre-registration is not required, but is encouraged. The Twin Pines Conservation Education Center can be found just over a mile east of Winona on Highway 60.
