The West Plains Zizzers went head to head with the Parkview Vikings on August 6, 2024 in a home football game.
The Vikings start the kick off in the first quarter of the football game. West Plains starts the game off strong getting a big break early into the game scoring the first touchdown in less than 2 minutes of the game, before making a perfect pass getting two more points. That score brings the Zizzers far in the lead with a score of 8 to 0. West Plains get another touchdown early in the game, within three minutes, bringing the score to 15 to 0. The Parkview Vikings step it up, making a 58 yard run to get a touchdown bringing the score 15 to 6. Zizzers, determined to keep the lead, run down the field and make another touchdown, once again growing the gap between them and the Vikings and ending the quarter with a leading score of 22 to 6.
The West Plains Zizzers start off the quarter strong making a touchdown within the first minute, with the score now at 29 to 6. The 2nd quarter brings about a game of struggle between the two teams, the Zizzers trying to keep the big lead and the Vikings trying to score some touchdowns. The rest of the first half stays the same with both fighting to gain any points. Right at the end of the half the Zizzers make a touchdown bringing the score 36 to 6.
The 3rd quarter starts of slow with both e\teams slowly pushing each other down the field, but picks up when the Zizzers make another touchdown bringing the score to 43 to 6. This move started the turbo clock, making the 3rd quarter start to fly by ending with the score of 43 to 6.
The West Plains Zizzers and Parkview Vikings end the foot ball game with neither team making touchdowns in the last quarter and ending the game with a score of 43 to 6.
