Two People in Serious Condition After Pulling into the Path of an SUV

Grandin, MO. – Two people have been put into serious condition after they pulled in front of an SUV, according to the Missouri State Highway Patrol.

This crash took place on Highway 21 near Grandin, Carter County. 26-year-old Jaret Trube was operating a Harley Davidson on Saturday, October 12th, when he attempted to turn around in a nearby parking lot. When he reentered the road at around 7:50pm, he ran in front of a GMC Terrain, causing the collision.

Both Trube and his 18-year-old passenger, Lillie Cora of Grandin, were seriously injured and taken to Poplar Bluff Regional. Neither were wearing a helmet at the time.

Corporal T.M. Broyles of Troop G was the investigator of the crash.
