She spent most of her life moving with Ron all over the United States while he was in the Navy. She had many responsibilities helping the other wives and families settle into the new places. She was loved as another mother to so many young sailors and took care of them as her own. She was always cooking and feeding anyone who was around at the time. The holidays were always a huge open house event because she would never let anyone be alone on the family holidays. I remember her house was always full of flowers on Mother’s Day.

Peggy spent most of her life working retail and moved up at a fast pace in the stores where she worked. Most places she worked had to do with clothing as she loved to buy clothes for Jennifer. She loved to gamble and play bingo and was a long-standing member and past president of the Lion’s Club in Winona. She also joined in at the Winona Senior Center.

Peggy will be truly missed by all her family, friends, and all who knew her.
