ASH FLAT, Ark. — The Sharp County Sheriff’s Office has released its weekly incarceration report for the period of July 21 through July 28, 2025. Chief Deputy Kevin “Bart” Simpson reported multiple arrests involving a wide range of offenses, including absconding, drug charges, domestic violence, and public intoxication.
Arrests for the Week:
Darius Carter, 32, of Texarkana, TX, was arrested for Absconding on a White Warrant.
Joshua Cefalu, 51, of Arkansas, was arrested on charges of Public Intoxication, Interfering with a Law Enforcement Officer, and First-Degree Criminal Mischief under $1,000.
Jordan Felts, 30, of Cave City, was taken into custody for Failure to Appear related to a parole/probation revocation.
Scottie Goad, 54, of Alicia, was arrested for Second-Degree Criminal Mischief and Third-Degree Assault.
Bradley Harris, 33, of Evening Shade, faces multiple charges including Failure to Register Vehicle, No Proof of Insurance, Speeding Over 15 MPH, DWI–Second Offense, and Open Container Violation.
Donald Hill, 50, of Sidney, was arrested for Failure to Appear on a contempt charge related to unpaid restitution and Disorderly Conduct.
- Ted Kingsley, 31, of Salem, was arrested for Delivery of a Schedule I/II Controlled Substance (excluding methamphetamine or cocaine) and Use of a Communication Device in connection with the offense.
Cassie Knox, 34, of Poplar Bluff, MO, faces multiple charges: Shoplifting (Theft of Property), Breaking or Entering, and Criminal Trespass involving a vehicle or premises.
Wayne Koekemoer, 52, of Jonesboro, was arrested for Failure to Stop at Stop/Yield Signs and Public Intoxication.
Patrick Phelan, 67, of Cherokee Village, was taken into custody for Third-Degree Domestic Battering.
Tylon Pridgen, 24, of Arkansas, was arrested for Failure to Pay Time Pay on a contempt charge related to unpaid restitution.
Sandra Reed, 34, of Newark, was arrested for Failure to Appear on misdemeanor charges of Driving on a Suspended/Revoked License and No Proof of Insurance.
The Sharp County Sheriff’s Office reminds the public that all individuals are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
