Sharp County Sheriff’s Office reports nine arrests

ASH FLAT, Ark. — The Sharp County Sheriff’s Office released its weekly incarceration report for the week of April 27 through May 4, listing nine individuals booked on charges ranging from public intoxication and theft to probation violations and failure to appear.

According to Chief Deputy Kevin “Bart” Simpson, Chad Bailey, 44, of Evening Shade, was arrested for criminal trespass, public intoxication and open container of alcohol in a vehicle.

Elijah Bellerose, 19, of Franklin, was arrested for theft of property valued at $1,000 or less.

Mackenzie Clayton, 32, of Evening Shade, was arrested for driving on a suspended or revoked driver’s license and possession of a Schedule VI controlled substance, less than 4 ounces.

Tonya Dotson, 37, of Williford, was arrested for violation of suspension or probation.

James Fitzpatrick, 56, of Newark, was arrested for failure to pay time pay on speeding and driving on a suspended or revoked driver’s license.

Brian Ivie, 53, of Sidney, was arrested on bond revocation.

Davana Lowery, 53, of Cave City, was arrested for two counts of violation of suspension or probation.

Tylon Pridgen, 25, of Evening Shade, was arrested for violation of suspension or probation.

Gavin Schales, 23, of Hardy, was arrested for failure to appear, misdemeanor, on charges of possession of drug paraphernalia, no proof of liability insurance and domestic battering, third degree.

All charges are allegations, and defendants are presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
