Thayer, MO. – The Thayer Chamber of Commerce has made a call to action for the community at large, bringing attention to the rising costs association with the annual July 4th show that takes place.
The Chamber has stated that while the event brings an economic boost to the town, it also brings with it a significant cost, which continues to increase each year. They go on to ask for donations, or for those who have donated previously, to consider increasing their donations.

Additionally, the Chamber adds donations can be dropped off at the local Community First Banking Company branch.
