An Oregon County woman is facing felony drug charges after deputies say methamphetamine and paraphernalia were found during a traffic stop in Thayer. According to the probable cause statement, officers stopped a white Ford Mustang on June 5. During a consent search, deputies reported finding a black bag containing a scale, marijuana, and multiple bags of a white crystallized substance. The filing states the substance later “showed positive for Methamphetamine” and weighed approximately 1.3 ounces.
Deputies say Tracey K. Ford of Thayer, admitted one of the bags belonged to her and was taken into custody. She is charged with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia and was held on $10,000 bond.
