West Plains, MO. – The Howell County Health Department has implemented a new app intended to help residents keep track of family immunization records.
This application, called Docket, will make it easier for not only individuals, but the Health Department to keep track of who has received what immunizations, especially as back-to-school requirements will be here before you know it.

A flyer that gives step-by-step instructions for setting up the application has also been released, which is included below for reference.
Officialls with the Health Department say that further questions about immunizations, records, or the Docket app can be asked by dialing 417-256-7078.
