Ozarks Healthcare is pleased to welcome Aimee Jarrett as Vice President of Ambulatory Services, bringing more than two decades of healthcare leadership experience and a deep commitment to improving access to care in rural communities. Jarrett served Ozarks Healthcare in multiple capacities several years ago.
A native of Summersville, Missouri, Jarrett began her healthcare career in primary care clinics serving rural patients and is excited to return to the region she calls home.
“This role gives me the opportunity to return to the community where I was raised and where I began my healthcare career,” Jarrett said. “I am not just coming in as a new executive – I am returning home with a deep personal investment in the health and well-being of my neighbors, family, and friends.”
Jarrett holds a Master of Business Administration with an emphasis in Healthcare Administration from William Woods University and bachelor’s degrees in Business and Psychology. Throughout her career, she has served in a variety of leadership roles, including clinic coordinator, clinic manager, Director of Clinic Operations, Director of Women’s and Children’s Services, and Chief Operations Officer for a community health center focused on integrated primary and behavioral healthcare.
As Vice President of Ambulatory Services, Jarrett will oversee Ozarks Healthcare’s clinic operations and outpatient services. Her priorities include supporting coworkers, expanding access to care, and strengthening healthcare services throughout the region.
“My first priority is making sure our coworkers feel appreciated,” Jarrett said. “I want this to be the best place to work and to be proud of that work. I also want to expand services further into our rural areas and the West Plains area, meeting patients where they are.”
Jarrett’s passion for rural healthcare stems from firsthand experience growing up and working in small communities where access to care could be limited by transportation, cost, and other barriers.
“Aimee’s extensive leadership experience, commitment to patient-centered care, and understanding of the unique needs of rural communities make her an excellent addition to our leadership team,” Terence Farrell, Ozarks Healthcare President and CEO, said. “We are excited to welcome her back home and look forward to the positive impact she will have on our patients, coworkers, and communities.”
Ozarks Healthcare welcomes Jarrett to the organization and looks forward to her leadership in advancing access to high-quality healthcare close to home.
