Howell Oregon Electric Planned Power Outage Overnight

Nearly one thousand Howell‑Oregon Electric Cooperative members will experience a brief overnight outage early Tuesday as Sho‑Me Power performs scheduled maintenance on the Kosh Substation. The work is set for 1 a.m. to 3 a.m., a window chosen to minimize disruption for most customers.

According to the cooperative, 980 members will be affected and will receive notifications through the SmartHub app or by phone, depending on the contact information on file. The cooperative says periodic system maintenance like this is essential for ensuring long‑term reliability and reducing the likelihood of future outages.
