WEST PLAINS, MISSOURI- The West Plains Reigonal Animal Shelter will unveil their new building at a Grand Opening, set to take place on Saturday, August 22nd, 2026 from 11:00 AM-3:00 PM. The new building will be in close proximity to the existing building at 1488 State Route BB in West Plains.
All Shelter Animals (only spayed & neutered animals) will be 1/2 price during the event. The event will also include:
