A 16‑year‑old Alton boy suffered minor injuries in a rollover crash late Sunday afternoon on U.S. 160, three miles west of Alton.
Troopers say the westbound 2008 Dodge Ram 1500 ran off the right side of the roadway around 5:20 p.m. The driver overcorrected, crossed back over the highway, went off the left side, and overturned. He was not wearing a safety device.

The teen was taken by private vehicle to Mercy St. Francis Hospital in Mountain View.
