A Willow Springs man was cited and released following a roadside arrest Saturday night in Texas County. According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, 47‑year‑old Charles W. Klein was taken into custody at 10:56 p.m.
Troopers report Klein is facing a felony charge of possession of a controlled substance, along with a misdemeanor count of possession of drug paraphernalia. He was also cited for failing to use a turn signal and for having no insurance.
