Myrtle, MO. – A man from Harveill, Missouri is recovering from injuries sustained after a crash yesterday morning.
The crash report from the Missouri State Highway Patrol states that a 74-year-old man driving a Dodge Ram 2500 failed to negotiate a curve on Missouri Highway 142 north of Myrtle at 5:50am. This led to them running off the right side of the road, crossing a county road before striking an embankment. The vehicle then slid further, striking a fence and overturning.

The driver was inflicted with moderate injuries and was taken to Poplar Bluff Regional via private vehicle for further treatment. The vehicle was totaled in the crash.
