MELBOURNE, Ark. — Izard County Sheriff Charley Melton reported the following individuals were incarcerated during the past two weeks. All persons are presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
Amanda Guy, 47, of Omaha, was arrested May 5 for disorderly conduct and drinking in public. She also had a warrant out of Izard County District Court for theft of services.
Taylor Tidwell, 27, of Batesville, was arrested May 12 for probation violations.
Cecileigh Crosser, 29, of Horseshoe Bend, was arrested May 12 for no proof of insurance and driving on a suspended driver’s license.
Dovie Johnstone, 18, of Horseshoe Bend, was arrested May 13 on a warrant out of Izard County District Court for theft of property.
Jared Slack, 40, of Calico Rock, was arrested May 13 for contempt of court out of Izard County Circuit Court.
Keyonta Childress, 25, of Guion, was arrested May 14 for speeding, no proof of insurance, no driver’s license and possession of a controlled substance.
Jason Cossey, 48, of Franklin, was arrested May 15 for third-degree domestic battery and probation violations.
Kathy Cossey, 64, of Franklin, was arrested May 15 for third-degree domestic battery.
Ana Salas, 29, of Batesville, was arrested May 17 for obstructing governmental operations.
Garrett Leininger, 23, of Cave City, was arrested May 17 for careless driving, no driver’s license, open container of alcohol, refusal to submit to a chemical test, third-offense DWI, second-degree criminal mischief, possession of a controlled substance, public intoxication and second-degree terroristic threatening.
Macedonio Garcia, 57, of Batesville, was arrested May 17 for unsafe vehicle.
Creedance Port, 21, of Cave City, was arrested May 17 on a warrant out of Izard County District Court for failure to appear.
Herlyn Delgado, 22, of Batesville, was arrested May 17 for no driver’s license, no proof of insurance and no seat belt.
