Sharp County Reports Weekly Community Service Contributions and Incarcerations

Sharp County, Ark. — The Sharp County Sheriff’s Office has released its weekly report detailing both community service efforts and recent incarcerations. The report covers the period from June 15 through June 23, 2025, and includes both community impact initiatives and law enforcement activity across the county.

Under the supervision of Coordinator Brian Watson, the Sharp County Community Service Program logged a total of 320 hours of accumulated service from June 15 to June 21, 2025. Participants in the program worked on multiple projects across the county, including:

  • Sharp County Courthouse

The community service program provides inmates the opportunity to serve Sharp County while working to pay off fines. Sheriff’s officials emphasized the positive impact these hours have on local facilities and public services.

  • Colton Cain, 23, of Sallis, MS – Absconding White Warrant; Bond Revocation

  • Christopher Callahan, 33, of Cave City – Aggravated Assault on a Family or Household Member; Domestic Battering 3rd Degree; Endangering the Welfare of an Incompetent Person 3rd Degree

  • Charles Dial, 60, of Cave City – Possession of Drug Paraphernalia (Meth/Cocaine)

  • Ernest Lipps, 59, of Franklin – Possession of Drug Paraphernalia (Meth/Cocaine); Possession of Schedule I/II Controlled Substance <2g (Meth/Cocaine); Possession of Schedule VI Controlled Substance <4oz; Tampering with Physical Evidence

  • Randy Mitchell, 66, of Arkansas – Held for Court

  • Alona Mullins, 26, of Arkansas – Held for Court

  • Irene Opp, 66, of Arkansas – Failure to Appear (DWI–Drugs, 1st Offense); Possession of Drug Paraphernalia (Meth, Cocaine, Heroin, Fentanyl)

  • Destiney Ridgel, 33, of Arkansas – Hold for Other State/County

  • Kristie Rynders, 57, of Williford – Failure to Appear (Driving on Suspended/Revoked License, Expired Tags, No Proof of Insurance)

  • Loren Sharp, 33, of Concord – Commercial Burglary; Arson (Damage $500+); Criminal Mischief 1st Degree (Damage >$25,000)

  • Skylar Shrake, 23, of Melbourne – Held for Court

  • Brady Taylor, 22, of Mount Pleasant – DWI, 1st Offense

  • Charles Turner, 29, of Jonesboro – Driving on Suspended/Revoked License; Fictitious Tags; No Proof of Insurance; Speeding
