Good morning! Today’s Featured Pet of the Day is Thelma. Thelma is an adorable 3-year-old hound mix currently waiting for her forever family to find her at the Humane Society. Hounds are known for being very loyal, independent, and curious, and this describes Thelma all the way. She is an absolute cuddle bug and loves good long pets and affection. She loves to play outside and sleep for long hours inside or outside. She already comes when you call her and does fine with other dogs at the shelter. Look at Thelma’s sweet face and you can tell she would be the perfect addition to any family, become that family or help her find it by sharing the post and getting you out there.
At the Humane Society of Southwest Missouri, their goal is to match potential adopters with a pet that is best suited to their home, interests, and lifestyle. All of their animals are up to date on vaccinations, spayed/neutered, microchipped, given flea/tick prevention, and dewormer.
