West Plains, MO – A three vehicle accident on Friday night left two people from Mammoth Springs with minor injuries. The accident occurred near the city limits of West Plains, on US 160 at 7:10 p.m.
A 1995 Ford Taurus driven by a juvenile female, 17 of West Plains, struck a 2010 Mercury Milan driven by Dylan Weyh, 18 of Mammoth Springs, which caused the Mercury to strike a 2018 Ford Mustang driven by Casey Carter, 39 of Mammoth Spring.
The drivers of the Taurus and Mustang did not report any injuries according to the Missouri State Highway Patrol crash report. Weyh and a 15-year-old female passenger from Mammoth Spring suffered minor injuries and were taken by ambulance to Ozarks Healthcare for treatment. Everyone involved in the accident had been wearing safety devices.
This accident was investigated by Trooper A. Falterman of Missouri State Highway Patrol Troop G.
