Free Chiefs Kingdom T-shirt offered to blood donors during drive October 27 in West Plains

All donors will be in a drawing for two Chiefs tickets and parking pass to game on December 5

 October 19, 2021 – Community Blood Center of the Ozarks (CBCO), the sole supplier of blood and plasma to patients at 44 area healthcare facilities, needs blood for local use. The organization reports a less than a three-day supply of most blood types, including type O Positive and O Negative. Blood drives around the CBCO service region serve a vital function in preserving the good health of our community.

CBCO donors provide all the blood for patients at Ozarks Medical Center as well as dozens of healthcare facilities across the Ozarks. West Plains area residents will have the opportunity to donate at the following location:

OMC Parkway Center – Willard Hunter Classroom

1211 S. Porter Wagoner Blvd., West Plains

Wednesday, October 27 – 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM

Successful donors will receive a heather grey “Chiefs Kingdom” T-shirt with the familiar red and gold arrowhead logo. The shirt will identify you as a Chiefs fan and proud blood donor. Donors will also be entered to win a pair of premium tickets and a parking pass for the Kansas City Chiefs game vs. Denver on December 5.
