“Hi there. I’m Sharry Lovan with the HOBA Bluegrass Festival, that is Heart of the Ozark’s Bluegrass Association, located at 1138 Bluegrass Lane. If you find the Glass Sword Theater, right there at that stoplight, we have some big banners out. You’ll make a right, if you’re coming from West Plains, you’ll make a left, if you’re coming from Thayer.”
“Our festival is September 22nd through the 24th. Kicking it off with New Grass Attack and Traditional Grass tonight. Friday, Cedar Hill, Faulkner County Thunder and Ozark Strangers and Saturday, Southern Strings, Faulkner County Thunders, Cedar Hill, and the Ozark Strangers. We’ve got a six band line-up.”
“If you want to come on in on tonight, at 5:00 PM, we’re serving free ham and beans and cornbread, until we run out. That cost tonight is only $5 to get in. Friday night is $10 to get in. Saturdays, you do the 2:00 PM show and the Saturday night show, $15, or you can do a whole weekend pass for $25. We have lots of camping spots out there, still available, very affordable to come. This is a family friendly show. This is our last festival for this year, and then we’ll roll back into June of next year.”
