WEST PLAINS, Mo. — An Arkansas resident suffered moderate injuries Tuesday morning after the vehicle he was driving ran off-road, down an embankment and overturned.
A Highway Patrol report states 41-year-old Antonio Welch of Jacksonville, Ark. was taken from the scene of the 11:55 am accident to Ozarks Medical Center in West Plains by ambulance.

The accident happened 10 miles south of West Plains on Highway 17.
