Mountain Grove, MO – An ATV accident near Mountain Grove took the life of a teen. The accident occurred ten miles north of Mountain Grove when the 2003 Suzuki 400Z topped a hillcrest, going airborn. The ATV flipped end over end ejecting the 14-year old from Stonefort, Il. The teen was pronounced dead at the scene by Ben Hurtt, Wright County Coroner at 4:50PM. Next of kin have been notified.
This is MSHP Troop G’s 16th fatal crash for 2021 compared to 17 at the same time last year.
