West Plains, MO. – The Avenue Theatre in West Plains, MO, has announced its first production of 2023. The classic Western film Tombstone will see new life with new actors playing old characters live on stage.
Directing will be Chris Herbolsheimer, a West Plains native. He is currently looking for individuals to audition this coming Monday and Tuesday, February 13th and 14th from 6pm to 8pm.

Tombstone is written as a somewhat comedic, yet gritty story of Wyatt Earp and Doc Holiday as they and those connected to them experience the events around the gunfight at the O.K. Corral.
