BBB Break: Utility scam, Halloween shopping tips

SPRINGFIELD, Mo. — The Ozark Radio Network and the Better Business Bureau of Southwest Missouri have joined together to offer consumer safety tips, alerts, and warnings in a weekly segment called the BBB Break.

News Director Ed Button spoke with BBB Regional Director Stephanie Garland about a utility scam in the Show-Me State and tips on shopping for Halloween costumes and products:

The Better Business Bureau is a nonprofit organization that sets and upholds standards for fair business behavior.
