Dusty Guitar Promotions told local organizers that the concert was cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances. Full refunds can be obtained at their point of purchase.
If you purchased tickets at the Civic Center, Walters asks that you bring in your ticket so it can be properly entered into their system and a refund given.
