The Greater West Plains Area Chamber of Commerce held a ribbon cutting recently at Life Phases Metaphysical Store, located at #6 Court Square in West Plains. Life Phases carries a variety of books, décor, candles, jewelry and more. The owners are Brandi Woosley and Eric Woolsey. They are open for business from 11am to 7pm Monday through Friday and 11am to 5pm on Saturdays.
