Caulfield, MO. – Caulfield Community Association Board announced an Open House on Saturday, May 6, starting at 4 p.m. to help raise funds for continued operations and upgrades to the parking lot.
Recently the community’s cornerstone received funds from the county to upgrade the facilities. Thanks to those upgrades, the Caulfield Community Building was available as a warming station during the recent winter weather and power outages.
“It was a relief to have the construction completed in order to have the building available in case local residents needed a place to warm up. This is exactly why the Community Building is standing,” said Randy Harper, President of the Caulfield Community Association.
How You Can Help
The Open House will begin at 4 p.m. and conclude at 7 p.m. Live music by local musicians will be on stage and the board will serve a smoked pulled pork dinner. The price of the meal is donations only.
“All proceeds will go into the general fund for the cost of utilities, insurance and future maintenance. The parking lot is our next project that needs some attention. All donations are welcome and will be used to better the community,” said Harper
