West Plains, MO – The City of West Plains announced that on this Wednesday and Thursday (October 13 and 14), a section of St Louis Street from Second to Third streets will be closed from 8 am to 5 pm both days for work on the bridge. West Plains’ drivers are encouraged to find an alternative route on those days.
