City of West Plains water crews will close Harlin Drive, from Preacher Roe to Woodland, beginning at 8 a.m. on Thursday, February 27, to repair a water leak.
City of West Plains electric crews will close Lincoln Avenue, from Abe Taylor Street to Stephens Street, beginning at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, February 27, for infrastructure upgrades.
