Howell County Health Department reports an additional 16 cases of COVID-19 for Howell County, of these cases 2 have been identified as breakthrough cases. The breakthrough case rate as of today for Howell County is 1.5 %. This brings the to date total number of cases to 5,794. Of the new cases 9 live in West Plains, 5 live in Willow Springs, 1 lives in Mountain View and 1 lives in Pomona. There have been 24,778 tested to date.
