West Plains, MO. – The Missouri Department of Conservation and the University of Missouri extension office in Howell County are holding a class meant to teach people how to handle nuisance animals on their property.
Close encounters with squirrels, possums, of raccoons are not an unusual thing in the Ozarks, and more than those examples, we have a plethora of fauna that can cause inconveniences to our day-to-day life. Because of that, learning the best practices for safely engaging and handling these creatures is an important skill-set to have for anyone, whether you live in or out of town.
This class will take place on August 29th from 6pm to 8pm at the Howell County extention office, 1376 Bill Virdon Boulevard. This class is free to participants. For more information call 417-256-2391.
