Ava, Mo. – Two individuals were arrested in a Sunday morning drug bust in Douglas County. The operation was worked by the Douglas/Ozark County Multi-Jurisdictional Task Force shortly after midnight on December 12 at a residence on Highway 181 in Douglas County.
Two subjects were taken into custody after deputies seized methamphetamine, marijuana, cash, and firearms. One of the subjects was a convicted felon and prohibited by Missouri RSM0 571.070 to possess firearms.
Both subjects were placed in a 24-hour hold pending formal charges.
