MELBOURNE, Ark. — Ozarka College has announced that Tina Wheelis has been honored as the recipient of the 2019 CFO of the Year award.
Wheelis was first selected as one of three finalists in Arkansas’ education sector out of dozens of nominations submitted across the state.

Presented by Arkansas Business, the award came at the CFO of the Year Luncheon Thursday, November 7, in Little Rock, Arkansas.
Wheelis was recently appointed as the Executive Vice President of Finance and Administration. Prior to this enhanced senior leadership role, Wheelis served as the Vice President of Finance. She also has experience in the position of the Business Manager and Accounting Supervisor.
In addition, she has served as Interim President of Ozarka College.
